How do I get my money back?

If your lights work, but you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can send the items back to our warehouse for a refund:

If your bulb or fixture stopped working and a replacement is not the best solution for you, we can also proceed with the refund. In order to request a refund for any defective item, we ask you to submit a reimbursement request, it's very simple. 

Please send an email to info@hyperikon.com with the following information.

1-Order number (Amazon order number also applies)

2-Quantity of items being reimbursed.

3-Photo of the item in question. (Doesn't matter if the lights are not installed) 

4-Brief explanation of the problem.
